Q4? Are your items genuine?
A5: Yes, all of our items are genuine. Our silver is Sterling Silver also known as 925 silver. Many of the products are specially plated with rich rhodium to increase beauty and durability. Some items are also carefully finished with 18k karat gold. We use the finest laboratory created gemstones to enhance some items.

Q5? Are your items made in prisons or Jails?
A5: No. We use neither prison or forced labor in any of our products.

Q6? Do you engrave items?
A6: Sorry, we do not yet engrave Jailery items. Our fine items can be engraved by your favorite local jeweler.

Q7? Can I order a different necklace with a pendant?
A7: Yes. We have provided our most popular 16” rhodium plated sterling silver box chain with each pendant, to simplify your ordering. You can directly select different lengths (18”, 20” and 22”) from the drop down menu. If you want a very different style necklace, we carry a broad variety of necklaces, not listed on our web site. Q8? Can the charms be used other than on a charm bracelet?
A8: Yes, our charms come with the flexible lobster claw to allow you to use for a variety of different fashion needs. The charms are designed to also work directly as pendants or dog tags. Jailery charms make wonderful fashion accessories that can be attached to purses, phone straps or other accessories

Q9? How long will my order take to deliver?
A9: Items in stock are usually shipped within 2-4 business days via USPS. The shipment may take a day longer, as we are located in a small Colorado mountain community.

Q10? Can I get my item any quicker?
A10: Yes, any in stock item may be shipped express delivery for an additional charge. If you’re in a rush, please contact us to discuss express shipment options.

Q11? Can I get an item in a different length, size, or color than the one stated?
